Welcome to Enfluencers.in. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of our website and services. By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

1. ✅ Eligibility

To use Enfluencers.in, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.

2. 👤 User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies.

3. 🤝 Platform Usage

For Brands:

• You may use the platform to find and hire influencers for digital marketing campaigns.

• Payment terms and deliverables should be clearly defined and mutually agreed with influencers.

For Influencers:

• You agree to deliver content on time, ensure it aligns with the brand brief, and maintain authenticity and transparency with your followers.

• You must disclose paid partnerships as per ASCI Guidelines and social media platform policies.

4. 💳 Payments

• All financial transactions must be done through authorized methods provided by Enfluencers.in.

• Enfluencers will be paid after completion of work and client approval.

• Enfluencers.in may deduct a platform/service fee for managing campaigns.

5. 📵 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post false or misleading information

• Use bots or automated tools

• Copy, sell, or misuse data from the platform

• Engage in spam or harassment

• Attempt to hack or breach platform security

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. 🔒 Intellectual Property

All content on Enfluencers.in (logo, text, design, software) is the intellectual property of Enfluencers.in and cannot be reused without permission.

7. 📉 Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the success or results of any influencer campaign. Brands and influencers are responsible for the outcomes of their collaborations.

8. 📬 Communication

By registering, you consent to receive emails, SMS, and notifications related to campaigns, account activity, or platform updates.

9. ❌ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access if:

• You breach these Terms

• You misuse the platform

• You provide false information

10. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. 🛠 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
